The MRRS philosophy is to make
client specific and case specific recommendations. Therefore we
divide each case analysis into approximately three-phases. For
example, phase I will generally consist of a brief review of the
medical records to form a preliminary evaluation of the merits,
identify the primary issues, assess the damages and begin researching
proximate cause. Phase II allows for engagement of testifying
medical experts and phase III expands the discovery process as
the attorney prepares to file the claim, prepare for deposition,
mediation or trial. Not every attorney needs or does every case
justify conducting all of these phases.
