Annotated List of Proposed
Questions
Often, a critical element of the discovery phase
of a case is preparing for depositions. Well-prepared questions
will elicit answers that establish each party's position. Our
firm's legal nurse consultants can help you design medically related
questions that will draw from the witness the essential information
relevant to the medical issues.
The questions will be specific to the witness
being deposed. Each question proposed will have a description
of why the question is relevant, the anticipated answer based
on the findings in the case as well as follow-up questions. And
finally, the report will contain the corresponding medical record
and authoritative literature citations, justifying each question.
